Sales Terms and Conditions

Orders and offers
Customers can place an order through the website or by contacting W-ORD directly. Prices for the services will be provided in the offer sent to the customer.

Payment
Customers must pay for the services according to the agreed price and payment terms.

Currency
All sales to Norwegian companies will be invoiced in Norwegian kroner. Sales to companies abroad will be invoiced in the agreed currency.

Delivery of services
W-ORD will try our best to deliver the services within the agreed timeframe. Any changes or delays will be communicated to the customer.

Intellectual property rights
This website and all its content belong to W-ORD and are protected against misuse by the Norwegian Copyright and Trademark Acts.

No part of this website, texts, products, or services may be copied, modified, sold, or used without explicit permission from W-ORD. However, you are welcome to refer to or link to content on this site, either from your own website or from your social media accounts, provided that it is clearly stated that this website is the source of the content. Any violations of these rules may result in demands for removal, compensation, and/or reporting to the authorities.

Cancellation and refund
If the customer wishes to cancel the services, it must be done within the agreed deadline. Refunds will be made according to W-ORD's policies.

Debt collection procedures
Unpaid claims within the deadline may be referred to debt collection. You will first receive a debt collection notice with a new payment deadline. If this claim is not paid either, it will be transferred to debt collection. Interest and fees after the due date will be calculated in accordance with applicable laws.

Payment problems
If you encounter payment problems, please contact W-ORD as soon as possible. This increases the chance of reaching an agreement on deferral or repayment.

Changes to sales terms and conditions
W-ORD reserves the right to modify these sales terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to the customer in advance.
